Developers may design their application to export a schedule.txt file that in turn can be imported into 3D Office Management using an "Export/Import Schedule" interface option.

An alternative would be for your program/interface to save or import the desired information directly into the 3ddata.mdb file stored in the 3D Inspection System software data folder, provided the structure, indexing, and field types do not get changed so that file can continue to work properly in the 3D Inspection System software.
