Casey O'Malley Associates & Joey T. Lee present the "COA" 0CL CREIA Residential SOP forms that follow the CREIA Standards of Practice to the letter, in fact, the SOP is embedded in the body of the Inspection Report to help set client expectations. The Inspection Report utilizes the numbering system of the CREIA SOP with the inspection information woven between what "The Inspector Shall Do" and what "The Inspector is NOT Required To" do. This method of reporting places a copy of the "Standards of Practice" in the hands of anyone who reads the Inspection Report.
Joey T. Lee, author of the very popular 4 colored condition prefix codes "SC, FE, CR, and RU"that made their debut in the "0SL Deluxe Forms for 3D in the late 1990's has done it again. Along with updated verbiage he has put extensive use to the new "Place Holder" and "Grouping" features for Menu Items made available in Version 11 of the 3D inspection System program. His use of "Subheadings in columns across the Page" feature makes for a simple "At a Glance" view of the Information Section in each category of the report. This reporting system makes it easy to include photographs if you choose.
