Lee present the "COA" 0CL ASHI Residential SOP forms that follow the ASHI Standards of Practice to the letter, in fact, the SOP is embedded in the body of the Inspection Report to help set client expectations. The 0CL Inspection Report utilizes the numbering system of the ASHI SOP with the inspection information woven between what "The Inspector Shall Do" and what "The Inspector is NOT Required To" do. This method of reporting places a copy of the "Standards of Practice" in the hands of anyone who reads the Inspection Report.
