Some bonus form groups are available free for download and use in the current version release of 3D Inspection System software. Forms may be specialized for a particular purpose, or reproduce a particular pre-printed form. If you need a form not listed here, check whether it is available on our Marketplace page from another vendor. Or you may create new forms yourself using the Custom Form Studio area of your software.

To download and install the forms below, do the following

1. In your web browser, click your right mouse button on the desired file and choose “Save target as”
2. Save each file to your 3D software "Data" location, usually Documents\3D Inspection System 11\ folder. Use the 3D Inspection System Report Writer, Preferences > Preferences, File Locations tab to check or access.
3. Open your 3D software. Generally, forms will automatically install. However if they do not install automatically, you may use the Report Writer File menu to “Install a set of forms” and double-click the form (3DF file) you downloaded to install it. Note: If you are updating or replacing an existing form group already in your system, you may choose to overwrite them. Overwriting existing forms may undo custom changes made to those files.
4. Once installed, your new form group is available to create new inspections.

ASHI Insurance form = 4-point insurance inspection form for use by ASHI, CREIA, TAREI members

ASHI Swimming Pool = Pool form for ASHI standards (Arizona compliant)

Comm- Strip Shopping Ctr = Small Commercial narrative form useful for shopping plazas, etc
