You may download updated forms applicable to various areas of the country. The forms require version 10 or higher of the Report Writer or Office Management System. To find out which version you have, open Report Writer and click on Help...About 3D.

To download and install the forms below, please do the following -
1. In your web browser, click your right mouse button on each file, then click "Save target as"
2. Save each file to the following path: C:\Program Files\3D Inspection System
3. From the File menu of the Report Writer, choose "Install a set of forms"
4. Double click the form (3DF file) that you have downloaded in order to install the form.
Note: If you are updating or replacing an existing form group already in your system, you must confirm that you want to overwrite them. Choosing to overwrite existing forms may undo any custom changes you made to those files.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all desired forms have been installed

After you have installed the form(s) using the procedure above, we also recommend you re-compile them using the following procedure:
1. Open Custom Form Studio by choosing it from the File menu of Report Writer.
2. In the "Form Groups" pane on the left, double-click on the form group you are using (for example, if using WDIR AZ, double-click this form group).
3. Select "Compile Forms"
4. Leave the Password field blank, the "Initial Uses" field set to 0 and check the "Compile Pocket 3D Version" checkbox. Click Compile.
5. After it compiles, click Exit.
6. You can now Start a New Report in Report Writer or Office Management using your new forms.
