IPAQ Timestamp

Donna,
When I use Pocket 3D v11 and transfer a compiled form to the IPAQ or save a 3D report to memory or storage card, the timestamp on the file (form or report) is +5 hours (i.e., if the actual time is 3:45PM, the timestamp is 8:45PM). The clock setting on the IPAQ is correct. Any idea why this occurs? It did not occur with v10.

Does your main computer time exactly match your PDA?
Also do you have both set to the exact same time zone?

Yes, the PC and the PDA have the same time and time zone. No other files other than 3D have time differences.

It's interesting that you say the time is +5 hours, as that would seem to incidate it's definitely shifting for a region or time zone difference (for instance, eastern time is usually noted as GMT-5). The operating system actually is where the time stamp comes from, and I would expect it to convert it for the zone on your desktop when a file is transferred.

How about the Region settings? If those are different on the two computers, maybe it's compensating for that. What are the Region settings on both set to?
