Inspection Storage Link

The realtors are able to open the inspection storage link to the report, but when they forward the email to their clients, the link when clicked on will not open. Is it possible to forward the link and have it open?

Ideally, why not just send both your clients and agents the email at the same time? That way they both get a direct email. (provided of course that your client gives permission for the agents to receive a copy)

But if not, then the link should still work if forwarded unless the agents email is changing the email, perhaps turning it into text only, or splitting the link onto separate lines or something during forwarding (sometimes emails add those > symbols to forwarded sections). We certainly can't control what someone elses email does or doesn't do or how they have it set up. However if the link is intact, it could be copied and pasted into a browser window to work. Or the agents could probably copy the link and paste it fresh into the body of their email so it doesn't get changed during forwarding.

Or as mentioned, if you collect all the email addresses to send to up front, you could just send everyone involved who needs a copy the email directly at the same time.
