Summary Tags

I am a new 3D user. I am trying to setup 3D to my liking. I have chosen the Full Narrative report and have chosen to use the Marked Summary type. I am in the process of editing the comments and setting the Summary settings to appear correctly.

However, when I fill in a report, some comments that I have set as "No Summary" still show up in Summary 1. What is the problem?

I think I have solved my own problem. It seems when I went to view the summary, I was clicking on Summary 1 first then clickin on View Summary. By clicking on Summary 1 I was acutally adding the item where my cursor was located to the Summary. Pardon my ignorance.
