Verizon Wireless XV6900

I just got a Verizon Wireless XV6900. I have sucessfully installed Pocket3D but when I try to start a report I get the following error...A native exception occurred. ExceptionCode:0x80000002. ExceptionAddress: 0x01398328.

Any ideas?

When you first open Pocket3D, what version does the opening screen say?

Are you able to pre-start a test Pocket report from Office Management using the same forms and then immediately convert it into the regular report writer without issue?

I am running Version 11.

I am unable to open a report that I created in OM. I get the error when I try to open the report.

sounds like a problem with the compiled pocket form file. Try compiling them fresh for Pocket3D, and see if that fixes the OM test. If so, I would expect that to also fix the problem using the forms on the device also.

i reinstalled the software and recompiled the report forms. I still get the same error message. I also tried startinig a report in OM and then openning on the phone. Same error message

I recommend you check directly with tech support then, and upload a backup of your forms to them so they can check into the problem further.
