The new "BK" forms are automatically set to start the next major form on a new page if there is less that half a page of blank space available. Otherwise, it normally would . This automatically formats the report for a pleasing appearance without wasting a lot of space, or having only a tiny amount of the end of a form printing on a page by itself.
However should someone wish to ALWAYS start every new form on a new page, regardless of the amount of blank space left, that also is possible. To do so:
- While a "BK" report is open, use File > Page Setup to access the layout settings.
- Click the Form tab.
- Change the "New page threshold" setting there to 9.00
- For the special BK form layout, that should cause it to break before each new form. Click Save and Exit and that should do it. You may preview an existing report to see how it now looks with your change.
Note that one adjusts the new page threshold in this particular case for the special "BK" forms (rather then simply turning on page break) because the BK forms use a special initial form that does not normally print its information as a regular form, and using the other page break setting instead would result in a blank page.
If one prefers the original form breaking setting, one may restore it back this way:
- While a "BK" report is open, use File > Page Setup to access the layout settings.
- Click the Form tab.
- Change the "New page threshold" setting there to 5.00
- Click Save and Exit when done.
