Residential Checkstyle- Combined printing of check box ratings and narratives with Serviceable, Marginal/Maintenance, Repair or Replace rating check boxes already set up.  Ratings and their print style are easily customizable as desired.  Main sections include General Information, Grounds, Exterior-Foundation, Basement-Crawlspace, Roof System, Electrical System, Heating-Air Conditioning, Plumbing System, Kitchen-Appliances, Bathrooms, Interior Rooms, Laundry Area, Garage, Carport.  Extra or repeated sections can be easily added on the fly.  Any unused items do not print, automatically collapsing used space.  Many Electrical, plumbing, or other items automatically reorganize to the appropriate form category at final print time, allowing you to inspect items in the order you find them while inspecting, while printing related home component comments together for the final report.

Residential Checkstyle Extended Ratings- Same as Residential Checkstyle but with additional Safety Concern, Not Inspected ratings already included.

Residential Detailed Narrative- Created by Midwest Inspectors Institute, this narrative form uses the terms “Satisfactory, Attention and Action” to highlight deficiencies throughout. Includes General Information, Site, Foundation/Basement & Crawlspace, Structural & Fireplace, Heating & A/C, Electrical, Plumbing & Water Heater, Kitchen & Appliances, Laundry, Baths, Bedrooms, Other Living Spaces, and Garage (detached). Prints a comprehensive narrative style report on letter or legal size paper.

Ancillary forms- Set up as extra Add-a-form actions for instant addition to any narrative report as the need may arise.  Works on-the-fly with reports created using Residential Checkstyle, Residential Detailed Narrative, or other custom narrative type forms.  Extra sections available include Pool/Hot Tub, Seawall/Dock, Lawn Sprinklers, Outbuilding, Septic System, Radon Screening.

TEXAS 2005 Enhanced- Prints reports in standard TREC 7A-0 format.  Form enhancements include eliminating extra keystrokes or mouse clicks by automatically placing check marks in I and NI boxes when applicable comments are selected.  TREC Reference numbers are included within the text of each appropriate comment, and several sections are expanded for easier reporting: Kitchen Plumbing, 4 separate bath areas with supply and drain components, 4 heating & cooling systems, evaporative coolers, wet bars and utility room sinks. Include up to 3 diagrams in each report.  Automatically merges your company information into front page letterhead, which is also easily adjusted.

EPA-ASHI RADON MITIGATION- Intended for inspection of existing radon mitigation systems, this form was co-developed by EPA and American Society of Home Inspectors. Prints as two pre-formatted legal size pages.

ERCSET- Employee Relocation Council (ERC) home inspection form. Features General Info, Lots and Grounds, Roof, Exterior Surfaces, Garage & Carports, Structure, Attic, Basement, Crawl Space, Electrical, Heating System, Air Conditioning System, Plumbing, On-site Sewage Disposal, Well, Pool & Hot Tub, Fireplace & Wood burning Devices, Kitchen, and Final Comments. HIF Report- Housing Inspection Report published by the Housing Inspection Foundation (HIF). This report has a pre-formatted checklist format that rates components as either performing their intended function, needing immediate repair or replacement or not inspected. Prints as a 6 page letter size checklist report.

VALUATION CONDITIONS- HUD’s form 92564-VC prints as a one page pre-formatted document titled “For Your Protection: Get a Home Inspection” and a 5 page Homebuyers Survey. These forms are used by inspectors and appraisers to determine if a particular property meets FHA/s Minimum Property Standards.

WDO NPCA 99b- New Construction Subterranean Termite Soil Treatment Record (NPCA 99b). This form is completed by the licensed pest control company, this report is submitted for informational purposes to the builder on proposed (new) construction cases when soil treatment for prevention of subterranean termite infestation is required by the lender, architect, FHA or VA.

WDO NPMA-33- Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report (NPMA-33), as required for transactions with financing insured by FHA or VA. Includes integrated photo page.
