Before the Demonstration
To ensure that your browser is configured properly click here http://www.genesys.com and click on the Participants join button to the right. You will be taken through the browser compatibility test.
If you receive a warning or Fail indicator, please click on it for instructions on how to configure your browser or call 1-800-305-5208 for Help Desk Support.
At the Time of the Demonstration
For the audio portion of the demo:
Dial 1-877-326-0011. (or +1-720-587-0333 from outside the US)
At the prompt enter the 'Meeting Number': *5048411* (Please note:
you must dial the * (star key) before and after the number.)
To join the web portion of the conference: (please turn off any popup blockers, they may not allow you to join the meeting):
1. Click here http://www.genesys.com
2. Under Genesys User Login, click on the 'Participants Join' button
3. You will be taken through the browser test again. Just wait until
everything passes.
4. When prompted, enter the Moderator's Meeting Number: 5048411
5. Click the 'Join Meeting as a Participant' button.
Follow the instructions from that point on.
6. Enter your full name under Display Name
7. Since you should already be connected via the phone, select Already
Connected under Audio Access Options
8. Click Join Meeting
9. The next screen that appears may show that it's loading something
to run the application. After that is done, you will be taken to
the meeting area.
10. In the meeting area, you will see a button at the bottom right
that says Click This Bar to Hide. Click on that
to lengthen your viewing space vertically.
Before and during the meeting, 3D will not be able to assist you
logging in to the Genesys Meeting Center. Genesys has a technical
support number that you can dial.
