Product Overview
3D Inspection System Premier version 11 builds on the foundation of
the 3D Inspection System, but includes a full Office
Management system for the business side of your inspection business. While
the 3D Inspection System package allows you to manage your clients and
contacts, capture orders, and print invoices, the Premier edition includes
a full graphical scheduler, integration with your QuickBooks or Peachtree
program, printable database reports to display monthly trends, top agents,
and other useful information, and full invoice and work order creation
tools.
Premier's Office Management also keeps track of additional job-related
information, such as the seller's agent, attorney and referrals, as well
as a Notes field for miscellaneous information about the inspection job.
It doesn't end there either. You can print mailing labels, email or upload
invoices and reports to your website, and even import clients and contacts
from another database that allows exporting.
With a fully searchable database, the ability to handle multiple inspectors,
and full integration with your Peachtree or Quickbooks program, it's the
perfect all-in-one solution.
